Thank you for being so interested in volunteering with us this year at the 2026 Holiday Extravaganza! We are looking to build a team to help in the following areas:

Volunteer Teams
1. Set-Up Crew
2. Break-Down Crew
3. Registration/Check-in
4. Brunch Greeters
5. Decor Team

Team Descriptions
1.  Set-Up Crew | Assist with prepping holiday gifts and decorating the event.
2.  Break-Down Crew | Assist with tidying up after the event, packing decor and supplies, and assisting in inventory.
3. Registration & Check-In | Welcome guests, manage the sign-in table, and ensure smooth entry for all attendees.
4. Brunch Greeters | Create a warm and cheerful environment by greeting guests, assisting with seating, and maintaining hospitality flow.
5. Decor Team | Support the creative team in placing table centerpieces, signage, and themed decorations througout the event space.
