Winter 2026 | GriefShare: Support Group

Losing a loved one can create a range of emotions, from anger to sorrow to guilt to despair. Processing these emotions can be extremely difficult. Join us at one of our weekly session meetings as we assist you in moving from Mourning to Joy, as your loved ones would undoubtedly want you to do.

What is Griefshare? It is a support group program designed to help individuals cope with the loss of a loved one. The program is typically structured around a series of sessions that include video seminars, group discussions, and personal study exercises. GriefShare aims to provide a safe and supportive environment where people can share their experiences and find comfort and encouragement from others who are also experiencing grief. The program often includes a workbook for participants to use throughout the sessions to help them process their emotions and work through their grief journey.
