Serve at The Hope Gathering 2027

Thank you for your interest in serving at the The Hope Gathering Women & Teen Conference 2027. Volunteers help create an atmosphere where women and teen girls can encounter hope, healing, community, and the presence of God. Whether you are welcoming guests, supporting production, capturing moments online, or helping behind the scenes, your service matters. Please complete the form below so we can learn more about your availability, interests, and gifts. A member of our leadership team will follow up with next steps, training information, and volunteer assignments. Together, we are building an unforgettable experience, one act of service at a time.

Volunteer Roles

Volunteers serve in various areas of the conference. Below are brief explanations of each:

Greeters make our conference attendees feel welcome by opening doors, providing traffic control, directing attendees to breakouts and answering general questions. This position requires the ability to stand the majority of the time to engage conference attendees.

Bookstore volunteers assist with running registers, providing excellent customer service, and selling a multitude of resources. This position requires the ability to stand the majority of the time to engage conference attendees.

Ushers help manage access to conference spaces, welcome and seat attendees during the keynote and breakout sessions, assist late comers to available seats and provide direction for overflow traffic, and clean the Main Hall after sessions.

Info Desk volunteers provide general assistance to conference attendees including local area information, conference information, and logistical assistance. Knowledge of the local area is a plus!

Check-in volunteers help conference attendees check-in to the conference by scanning their registration and handing them conference materials. This position requires you to arrive early to set up (by 4 p.m. on April 29). This position also requires the ability to stand the majority of the time to engage conference attendees.

Set up involves arriving a day early (by 1 p.m. on April 28), helping the THG team with conference and check-in set up. This position may require the ability to lift heavy items.

Tear down involves helping the THG team breakdown conference signage, move and wrap furniture, clean spaces, load storage units, and organize materials. This position may require the ability to lift heavy items and be on your feet for a majority of the time. This position also requires you to stay after the conference has ended (as late at 5 p.m. on May 1).

Social Media Team helps helps capture and share the conference experience in real time. Volunteers on this team assist with Instagram stories, TikTok clips, behind-the-scenes content, attendee engagement, live posting, photography coordination, and helping amplify conference moments online throughout the weekend.

Podcast Team supports the conference podcast and digital media experience by assisting with guest coordination, backstage preparation, audio support, interview setup, content capture, and helping create meaningful conversations that extend beyond the conference weekend.

Production Team assists with the overall conference production experience including stage transitions, lighting support, backstage coordination, microphones, slides, timing cues, and service flow. This team helps ensure every session runs smoothly and with excellence.

Please note that all THG Conference Volunteers will still need to register for the conference.
